We are happy to ship anywhere in the U.S.! All orders are shipped for FREE! All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or Fed Ex out of Hamburg, NY. Once you place your order, you will be sent an email confirmation. After your order is placed, we do our best to get your package to you ASAP (we get it, we want our new outfit like, yesterday please). We send out packages within 48 hours of receiving the order (or the next USPS/Fed Ex business day if not possible). As much as we hope you love everything, we get it! Sometimes it just doesn't work out, what can you do? We will accept returns for a refund minus shipping costs within 10 days after your order has been delivered to you. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please allow us a few days to receive your package and process the refund. Return shipping costs are unfortunately not covered by us at the moment (please excuse us as we are a small business and do hope to be able to offer this in the future). Most orders are shipped in resealable poly bags, to make it just a little easier on you to make returns! Please return your items with a printed version of your invoice to ensure we refund the correct order. Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If any items are returned in a condition not as specified above, they will unfortunately not be refunded even if they are sent back.
